Cenpharma is respectful of our clients and one another regardless of position in the company. Additionally, ideas are welcome from all levels of employees. A more lofty title doesn't mean “always right”.

There are many ways to accomplish a goal. We are flexible in our approach and recognize there may be time constraints, resource constraints or other obstacles that we will need to be flexible to adapt and overcome. We do this in a collaborative manner amongst cenpharma colleagues and client personnel. One team, all pulling in the same direction.

Creativity is a pre-requisite to finding the best solutions. He who is only good with a hammer, treats everything like a nail. We embrace creativity, we seek it out and we are not afraid to try new and innovative techniques, methodologies, tools and technology.

Integrity is key in all that we do. Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching. We maintain our integrity and we do this through complete transparency about all aspects of the business. Cost models, milestones, challenges, hurdles, successes and achievements.

We are nice. We are friendly and we are fun to have around. We will also be honest and say what needs to be said. We will disagree when necessary, but we will do so agreeably. We are diplomatic.
